Nostalgic nod to the beginning...

The first seed was planted whilst at a car boot sale in Peckham by a 10-year-old girl selling the sweetest beaded stackable jewellery. Completely enchanted by her, I spent most of my day chatting to her and her mum. A week later, I wore those pieces as I travelled Costa Rica and found them to be the perfect laid-back, wearable jewellery for the trip.

On my return home, I visited Lisbon with a friend and spent most of my time rummaging around the haberdashery and local crafts shops I invested a whole load of beads without a clue on what I was going to do with them but little did I know the journey was just about to begin..

It started as a hobby - a lovely, mindful one at that. I ‘re-charge’ alone and deeply value my own space and time to think and breathe. Creating these pieces has provided my perfect little oasis of alone time, the antidote to fast-paced London life. Each piece allows me to express myself. I love that my jewellery doesn’t follow any rules, I never know what’s going to be created, it just flows naturally though me. Each piece feels personal and I learn more about myself every time I make one.

I gave pieces to friends and saw how much joy it brought them to receive such thoughtful, personalised and hand-made gifts. Everywhere I went, I received so many compliments on my designs and people kept asking if they could buy them. Slowly but surely, I kept making more, experimenting with different colours, beads and pendants and my unique style continued to evolve.

Eventually, I reached a place where I fell so in love with my designs that I felt I had to share them with the world. I want my jewellery to bring joy to the person wearing it, whether it’s thanks to a thoughtful gift from a loved one or a piece you wear on a memorable holiday.
